If its hydraulic make sure there isn’t air in the system or a bad cylinder

Could be a heavily worn clutch basket or swollen clutch plates. Best bet is to strip it down and have a look what’s happening inside

You would probably be better using ATF fluid not 10w30

All the trials rims seem to corrode, I use duct tape on the front rim

you will need a rectifier, it won't run on AC.

It might be worth doing the thermostat switch at the same time,  it would be very annoying having the fan constantly running!

Exactly, better to do the job correctly in the first place.

maybe if your wheel is bodged up with sealant, you don’t worry about the odd lose spoke?

it could be worn out, or like new.

The reason manufactures recommend such lean amounts of oil is more to do with emissions from 2T engines

I run my Gasgas on 50:1 never had a problem with smoke or fouling, 10 years use and it’s never had a rebuild

I use the plastic number plate bolts, I weaken them with a Stanley knife.
