Not interested now… could be fine could only last a ride? Shame really as it looked too top. Although, I thought a little over priced for year…

99.9% have them marks, makes no difference.

Price is more dependent on condition and how it runs, if its a good runner and in reasonable nick then £1450 is a fair price

I've got an 2004 and its a nice bike (it also has them dents!)

    Thanks for all your comments.

Some of the trousers I've seen (both trials and MX) don't have any pockets. Hence my question.

Some of them have very small and tight one close to the body, and I am not sure about putting a key in there ( my car hey isn't one of thos collapsible ones ). I am guessing it may pose some risk in case of unfotunate fall down.

Plastic zip tie to the handlebars and tuck it under the bar pad 🙂

It also does not work well with rubber seals or '0'rings !! hence anything prior to 2010?? NOT BEING SUITABLE FOR THIS FUEL[later cars/bikes use synthetic seals]

What year are you going back to, all rubber seals are synthetic!

Nitrile, FKM (Viton) & EPDM all synthetic

Also a lot of car/bikes pre2010 are fine on E10

Bought the bike previous owner ran it on E10, may try it on e5 next time out see if any different

How many times did he run it on E10, it’s only been available for a few weeks?

And why would you even bother when E5 is still readily available!

2500 bucks will buy a good early 2000s watercooled modern bike, then you can get to actually learning to ride trials, leave the air cooled and odd ball stuff to the guys who are into that kind of thing.

    :agreed:

You want something newer that a K-Roo. If you just want a trials bike on a budget. something like a GasGas TXT Pro,  Beta Rev3, Montesa 315

And to say it is built in a similar to a bike that was built by any countries motorcycle trade before 1965 is also very wrong, unless it is an exact “replica” of a machine built with the same materials and components from that age.

    What tyres do you use?

was they made before 1965, or are you using modern grippy tyres?

Set up a series , write the rules / restrictions. If there is sufficient interest it will be a success.

    Well said

It’s easy to moan and ridicule what others do, not so easy to get stuck in and help!

Thanks for the reply suzuki250 !

That´s a good tip and I had no idea that there was a group on facebook (I have 4 Suzi´s and lots of information etc.)

I´m not on facebook as I don´t agree with the thing generally but I can probably get someone to have a look for me 🙂

Same here, I just have an account for my trials results and information about bikes. I just don’t post pictures of my dinner every day:banana:
