Right ive decided to change my gearbox oil tomorrow so i might as well remove clutch cover and check all clutch mecanism and plates. whats the best way to clean cutch plates?

Ive just removed and cleaned my techno 97 carb how do i go about setting the float level. i would like to check before refiting carb any help would be great?

I have noticed that the noise is hardly there when engine is cold and gets louder the warmer the engine is?

I think its different cyl manufactures?

I rebuilt my 97 techno engine and it was not cheap piston and rings were 90 quid and cylinder replate was a futher 100 quid and then you have conrod kit +all bearings and seals+oil?nearly 500 quid of a job.

Have a look on ebay mate ive picked up plenty of parts on there . Just got 2 keep looking?

Any one got a second hand spare front brake master cyl kicking about dont want to buy new as selling bike soon?

Yep the noise was there before engine rebuild and its not got any louder does not efect it at all just sounds noiser than others?

i have noise on my 97 techno the noise seems 2 go quite when clutch is pressed. just recently rebuilt engine and gearbox with new bearings and conrod kit + new piston and cyl replate. the noise is on clutch side? as any one else had this problem?

My brother has just had his frame welded by john lampkins.he noticed that it was leaking fuel and on futher inspection there was a crack found in weld under fuel neck plastic trim on right hand side of tank has any one else had this problem? bike is a 2005 rev3

Same problem as you mate need a service manual for my 97 techno. give us a shout if you find one i live in the same neck of the woods as you silsden? no look off lampkins.

I replaced all my seals and bearings on my 97 techno with none beta parts.no problems at all and cost half the price?
