  1. Ishy, Just got 3.2`s, over here in Oz, really impressed with how mechanically quiet the motor is. First event this weekend, keen to try my PWK, but will run with Dellorto for a while, so I can notice any change. Looks like drought breaking rain !!! can`t wait to get out in it and try out all that traction. Cheers, ShercoH
  2. Hey 30/60 Thanks for sharing your experience with us !!! I have just ordered a 3.2 ,and really appreciate knowing that mixing the drain plugs can cause this problem. Sounds like it`s easily done, great to get such useful info off this web site. Thanks. ShercoH
  3. Scorpa have hit on a very nice, niche market. They sold almost 4:1 of the 125`s over the 250`s . Mainly to Japan, so there are plenty of customers out there who perhaps, don`t want a pure competition machine, and enjoy a trail ride now and then. I believe every clubman should ride one before they go and bounce off everything going on their 2.xx`s, I`m sure they would have a far more enjoyable time . Cheers, ShercoH
  4. I`m running a Kei Hin with 38 pilot, 110 main,JJH Needle. The 125 + 200 have a different crankcase casting, with a shorter length where the reed block mounts. This makes it a bit tighter, and the float bowl drain hex needs a chamfer to clear the top of the gearbox , also need a hose from carb to airbox about 50 mm long. I use the radiator hose off a car with the right diameters. It`s a bit of work to fit up, but the performance gains are well worth it. Cheers, ShercoH
  5. I also used the standard Dellorto cable adjuster and cut 4mm off each thread. Remove about half the bowl drain bolt at an angle to clear the top of the gearbox case, and an automotive radiator hose with the same diameters as the carb and airbox, 35mm long fits great. Cheers Shercoh
  6. I`ve run the PWK for four years and have been really pleased with the extra low down tunability and the added top end power.I have ended up with a 38 pilot 110 main and the JJH needle . These have been used on 200`s - 290`s. Make sure you check the float level , setting is 19 mm. Definately a nicer carb than the Dellorto, especially on hot days, seems to hold its tune much better. Good Luck ShercoH
