welsh beta

Anybody know the size of the frixtion pads on a 2010 evo 250 clutch plate are when a new clutch should be fitted or what the sizes of the pads when new ? Mine are down to 2.7mm and the gears are a pig to change.

Hello.will a beta techno rear wheel fit a evo ? I dont mind having some new spacers been made for it. Thanks

Dan,can i ask you please what do you do to the clutch fix ? My evo 250,2010 is a nightmare to find neutrol when the engine is runing.i was thinking of changing the clutch this week......... thanks.

Nigel,tick over is ok,never have any problems.i like it a touch faster.Dan,regarding the good start,i allways have to use the chocke (only when cold.) Thanks boys.

Peter,i would say it been like this since i,ve owned the bike roughly 6 months.i thought that it must have been my fault,to aggresive but i just cant "slow " it down any more and seems to be taking me for a ride.i will start with a carb clean,it wont do it any harm anyway.i didn,t thought about a carb clean purley it allways a good starter.regarding the reeds how far "out " to the instructions did you have to change the jets ?

Hello,im strugling with my beta evo 250,2010.i find the throttle not very smooth,i have allready change to the slow response throttle.would changing the reeds help this or not.i ride the white route.thanks.

I,ve just fitted irc tyre to my evo for the first time.my question is how much pressure is the normal when using irc on the front.i have allways used michelin on the front in the past with 6psi.seen that the irc is much softer do i need to increase the psi ? Thanks.

I,ve just fitted one to my evo and glad that i have.it given me more confideance to try harder sections knowing if i come off that the bike wound go very far before cuting out.i cant understand why these are not standard on new bikes now and everybody else that enters trials should fit them.my next step is to buy a spare magnetic head.

Thanks everybody for this,didnt know about these armour.i will be looking more into this over the next few days.lot of money but when you are fairly new to trials,in your late fortys,family and a big morgage to pay i think it well worth the investment. Regards.

Hello,i,m ready to change my tyres on my evo .been told not to fit irc on the front due to the tyre been to soft and it "moves about " to much.the area i use my bike is muddy with tree roots.would welcome any comments. Regards.
