Montesa Honda Gearbox
Howdy, If the problem is a loose or non engaging shifter this is a common problem and easly fixed under the side cover. The only Honda part on the bike is the front brake (If it is tapered) so the dam thing will stop. Southwest Montesa will be glad to fix you up. Tesamon

Montesa 315r
Howdy, Had the same problem on a 03 that drove me nuts for 6 months. Take a finger tip full of grease and coat the brass choke rod with it. Try starting, if it fires right up, you have a brass dust coated "O" ring in the top of your choke housing. The brass rod scrapes against the steel washer that holds the "O" ring in place the shavings get traped between the "O" ring and the rod and will not pull fuel out of the float chamber. Cheers, Tesamon

Fives
Howdy, Well after years of observing it seems I do not have a clue. When a rider is standing flat footed and the rear axle passes his legs I thought this was a five. When a rider rolls his front wheel out over the only path "u" turns and runs over his front only tire track with front and back tires I thought this was a five. I was told by the trials master I was wrong on both. So what do you think? Cheers, Tesamon (This thing have a spell checker?)
