Montesa 315R Colomer 1996 prototype replica
I have several front and rear mudguards to try out. Different makes, painted or unpainted, with or without stickers, with or without a light. I need to reconnect the rear master cylinder, correct the fork's compression stop, refinish the wiring harness, and redo the fork stickers. But it's starting to look like the '96 world champion bike.

Montesa 315R 2002 D.Lampkin factory replica 69.6kg dry
I machined a keihin to 32.30mm to fit it into a remanufactured pipe. The original dellorto is 31mm. It fits without forcing. A quick dremel work to pop the pipe lug and remove the shoulder due to the original 26 diameter. I will test Josep Banyeres' sleeve to adapt the airbox. Otherwise I will install a TRS sleeve.

I've found a new M.P.T. front disc guard (from a Fantic new old stock). Better than the 3D print replica.- Scorpa Works 294 the purple "Panzer" restoration.

How heavy is the Panzer ? 43.4kg front + 45.3kg rear = 88.7kg (dry weight) Yamaha TYZ 250 1993 : 83.9kg Montesa 315R : 77 kg TRS 250 RR with alloy fork : 68.9 kg- Scorpa Works 294 the purple "Panzer" restoration.
Dear all, Alain from France. I'm happy to share this restoration. This big girl is a Scorpa Works 294 1994. It's one of the hundred bikes produced this year. This is the first ever Scorpa ! And this one is a one owner bike ! Never seen rocks, mud or Kärcher. No damage and in very nice condition. Engine run like new, no piston noise. The balance shaft did a very good job. Just need a detailing, fresh tyres, pads, grips, petcock, airfilter (from gasgas 92-95), liquids, carburator gaskets. This bike looks a bit massive and a bit heavier than some other 94's bikes. But this bike is cool, rare and looks 100% 90's !! I fitted a Galfer Wave front disc. A pure 90's item (and fingers saw ... ) which give a nice look and a powerful braking.- Montesa 315R Colomer 1996 prototype replica

First observation about the Mitani aluminum clutch. It perfectly releases the transmission when disengaging. The neutral selection is excellent even when cold and I can significantly lower the engine idle speed.- Montesa 315R 2002 D.Lampkin factory replica 69.6kg dry
