The fuel injectors dont fail might be the large fuel filter blocked or the pump has had it ,the fuel pumps are cheap but changing them is a big job,i had the same problem would run if i poured fuel into the throttle body turned out to be a kinked hose not letting enough fuel out ,changed the fuel pump and filter at the same time .

Start by changing the plug, then clean the tps connection to the throttle body, check the fuel pressure it should around 50psi ,check the cables to the injector some time a wire has come loose then clean the ecu and plug some times the pin get gummed up be carefull and use a contact cleaner

Looks like it may be the ecu at fault trials and tribs have the bike now just about every thing has been tried other than a different ecu ,they are going to try another ecu in the next couple of days but this is only to try, no new ecu for sale its needs to be the newer ecu .

Changed the plug cap last year as you said the old cap was crap the bike is running like it is mega lean starts and ticks over but touch the throttle and it cut out i cant even pull away if i disconect the tps the bike will run and rev up but then its over fueling like a carb bike with the choke on ,connect the tps again and it goes lean and wont rev put an new throttle body on and it still the same so i think its tps related
  14. I get about 30/40 hours out the bearing so about 6 months depending on the conditions always use good bearings and repack them with waterproof grease before fitting them from new

  17. 2014 has a green frame tech forks with the gold coating ,the 14 has the easy start systerm fitted as standard but if the bike is set up correctly you wont need it .It also has the mono block front caliper the 300 can be tamed the power is not brutal it just pulls and pulls also the 14 factory r has matt black and green decals

Yes spoke to Birkett last week and he said it is sounded like the tps connection and said to clean it i bought a new throttle body just incase cleaning it did not work and at least i would have a sprare, fitted the throttle body and it worked great so i thought it was fixed started it today and it started mis firing and sounded lean
