Does any one know where this cable/spade connector go it a tr300i the black and blue to the coil but what about the orange, stripped the bike down and now can t remember where it goes ,cheers

Yes just done one got a replacement pump off ebay bought the filter and a couple of new flexable hoses it is a pain in the back side to do but a cheap fix ,the engine is tight near the fuel pump so reed block needs to come off.I fonud it better to put the engine in with the frame up side down.

The spring is new the old one broke

Does any one know how to get the chain tensioner back on almost got it then the spring slips and I end up stabbing my hand .

Thanks rich i had the tps reset and the bike runs fine just have trouble starting it when sat down ,starts first kick when i am stood up or leaning on something,just thought lowering the compression might help it start when not stood up other wise great bike had it 14 months now not had any break.Its a 2014 factory r with standard easy star systerm.

How did the bike run with the extra base gasket did you lose much power thinking about doing the same to mine

Great bike got one my self,did have a few starting problems but once the tps was reset it was fine the tech forks are good ,never had and thing break .Make sure the kick start lever bolts dont come loose and enjoy the bike shame they never got chance to make a 2015 factory rep.

Same with me it only shows the 2015 events,but when i use google chrome it comes up with the 2016 event how this help
