    Montesa 4Ride

There is an Australian web site that has many manuals, in English, for the 4Ride, 4RT, and 300RR. http://montesatrials.com.au/store/category/model/ They seem to have misplaced 2016 manuals, 4RT and 4Ride. You could send them an email asking them to look into it and maybe get them back......
  2. Here's one: http://www.trialstoreusa.com/tire-pressure-meter/
  3. I clipped this from someone's post: If it takes more than 3 kicks or so to start, reset the ECU. This is from the 2014 or 2015 manual, right after the Contents page: If you have problems starting your vehicle, follow the steps below: 1. Open the throttle all the way (100%) and hold. 2. Without releasing the throttle, operate the kick-starter once or twice. 3. Close the throttle and start your motorcycle as normal.

    Mapping Switching

From the US 4RT Owner's Manual:
  6. My 2016 Cota 4RT 260 has a mode switch, but I haven't checked it in wet conditions yet; we still have snow on the ground...

    Mapping Switching

This schematic shows the switch to be a simple on-off switch (the red arrow points to the connector; the switch is upper left): Upon inspection, the switch body has two copper lands and a sliding copper contact that : Mode 1 - only covers one copper land - circuit open Mode 2 - covers both copper lands - circuit closed The copper lands are through-plastic-connected to the two wires of the switch; one each. My multi-meter confirms open (infinity ohms) and closed (zero ohms). If you remove the switch completely, the ECU will be in mode 1 permanently.
  8. The 2016 Montesa Cota 4RT parts list manual shows this picture: The street versions (upper row) are homologated. You can get manuals and parts lists at http://montesa.fr/documentation/ There were 11 links when I last checked. Don't let the " - " fool you. Some are in English (Parts list and kits) and some in French (Owner's Manuals)
  9. I've used both Seal Mate and Seal Doctors. The Seal Doctors (Risk Racing) are heavier plastic and don't buckle up with use. http://rickramsey.net/CRF250Lmods.htm#sealdoctor
