Many Thanks for all the advice on how to remove a tyre from the rim, some sound advice and some best left be, Now that my new tyre is back on the wheel, How do I get the bead baxck on the rim so I can blow it up, air pressure alone does not work, is there some trick way, I once saw Clarkson on top gear put Lighter fluid in a deflated tyre then throw a match at it the explosion nicely popped the tyre back onto the rim and inflated it too, I wont be trying that though, well not just yet.   4. Hi, Im looking for a supplier of the two small oil seals located right at the bottom of the forks on my Ossa 350 1977. They are 16mm diameter, hole size 8mm and 2mm thickness. Im located in the North East of the UK, Anyone can help ? Vaughan.
  5. Hi Scotty, I got a seat cover from Dave, Superb, it is the Ally tank and the Stickers went on fine after a little heat to soften them, Thanks for the other advice, Vaughan.

    Exhaust Painting.

Hi , I was at the Consett Trial at Rogerly Quarry too, just watching not riding, at least you had a go Consett trials Easy & Clubman, are not usually that difficult although the last few Clubman coarses have been reported to be more difficult. If you live in the North East go along to Warden Law or Castleside Quarry where you can get some practice in, Good luck.

  14. Hi, Can anyone advise how to get a big dent out of my Ossa petrol tank, the bike fell against a wall and has a 7" dent along the length, apart from that the tank is unmarked and still has original paint. The tank is an Aluminium type, Im located in the UK Co Durham. Cheers, Vaughan.

Hi, I have a 1977 Ossa 350 trials bike I am about to restore, does anyone have a wokshop manual I could copy, I think my bike is pretty much original but im not sure about the BING carb, also any contacts for Seat re-covering and Tank repair (got a dent in it). any other info, useful web sites etc would also be appreciated.
