hi all was out today bike running good some times a bit hard to start but when running was ok then i cut it out to take a break and it wouldent start there is no spark at all plug changed kill dissconected any idea checked the wires all seem ok many thanks

i have used motoplat very good service he rang me and on the phone went throgh the way to test the stator with me gave him the readings and it was shot sent it off to him came back 8 days later never had a moments trouble since that was 14 months ago steve is a top man and said it would be better than the original stator as they are crap lol

i was on a kawasaki 636 on the road all legal they caught me doing a extended wheelie lol

mate of mine has has a scorpa sy250 2004 only ridden it last weekend started to make a loud knocking noise hes been useing good 2 stroke oil in the mix so yesterday took engine out and found the big end bearing scrap can any body tell me what can cause this i thought oil but hes using good brand any ideas by the way they are a pain to work on no room at all think i will stick to my beta was tempted to get a sy but not now

i have recived a section 59 for 12 months for riding off road they told me if they catch me again in the next 12 months on road or off the bike will be impounded and have to pay 150 pound to get it back as im road legal with a sports bike as well it means if they catch me playing about they will take the bike

try removing the master cylinder off the bars and put it lower than the caliper then bleed it works for me every time

hi all ihave had a beta rev 50cc automatic bike given to me can any body tell me were to find the air screw on the carb as there is only one on the outside and thats the tick over one also canany body tell me were to get spares from for this bike plz i think bvm may do them but its a bit far from me cheers

how much oil do i put in the gear box on this bike thanks

hi mad ostin think i met you down the farm at quatt iwas on a beta but also have a tlm did letting the air out of your tyres work better for you

hi can some body help my beta keeps blowing plugs at least 2 in about 4 hours had the stator done and new cdi pack im running it on bp7es but tryed all of the range to no avail the plugs are black as coal when i take it out any help plz

i have a beta techno 94 can any body tell me what the carb setting should be main nedel and whet groove and air screw plz

hi does any body know were the mian needell in the carb should be set at mine is on the top slot but the plug is black and has deposits on it its a dellorto carb just had stator done running ok but now and then the plug goes put new one in and shes working well again any help please also whats the standard setting for the air screw cheers

tryed the sender no good any ideas were is the fan module located at and whats it look like

hi were is the Fan Module and whats it look like new to these trial bikes there aint a lot of wiring on them lol

ok had stator back from spain put it on fired up after 2 kicks running nice let it warm up fan comes on and runs but when i rev the bike the fan slowws right down but if i let it tick over the fan is at full speed any ideas

hi its a scorpa works 94 year tryed every thing to get it to start there is a spark fuel is getting in but just seems to flood the plug i have cleaned the carb even tryed easy start in it no good took fly wheel off lot of crap in there clened it out any body got any ideas its not my bike its a mates cheers

hi can any body tell me what happend to the motoplat site i cant get the site up any more is it just me or everyone as i have sent my stator to him and heard nothing off him hes took the payment i cant even email him can some body just try to get on the site plz and let me know if its working

hi can any body shed any light on how to get the Flywheel off this bike i have a extractor for the betas but this is a internal one the one on the scorpa is external what size is the thread on it was thinking of getting a nut and making one prob is was running for a hour or so then stoped for a rest wont start changed plug still no go checked spark out there is one but not very good also tryed easystart did not fire any ideas please thanks

how mutch do they fetch on a good runner not mint but usable condition have been out on it 2 times not let me down yet needs frame spraying and bits and dabs any idea what they are worth was thinking of striping it and restoring it but is it worth it only brought it as a spare while my beta is being fixed

can any body tell me how to adjust the clutch on this bike plz apart from the cable cheers
