  1. Nice words fella, I'll be interested to see what (if any) response you get. Heath, I'm worried about you, that Beta has affected you in a strange way! Still I ened up building bedroom furniture instead of sitting infront of the TV.
  2. B'stards! same as their promised coverage of cycling, always gets bumped down the list of priorities in favour of pub games. That was an afternoons skiving wasted then
  3. sy250, thanks for that.
  4. Sorry if this has been asked/answered before, can't find 'owt on their website. Thanks.
  5. Cheers R2W, I appriciate that. I agree, I haven't seen any of the trials lads leaving mess, either in the quarry or the carpark. Most probably is the kids on 'crossers and stolen scooters.
  6. Yep, all that R2W said, with the addition of the larger rubber frame/shock cover (from GasGas UK), a Raddycool radiator guard and front mudflap. All these seem to reduce the amount of water and muck getting to the intake. On my '04 Pro I've removed the 'flapper valve' from the drain and blanked the large oval(ish)drain off with an ally plate. I then drilled 2 3mm holes, one in each bottom corner as drains. Seems to work for Cotswold streams and cack, not tried it in scottish burns yet!
  7. Hi, I used to live down that way (Heddington, south of Calne) and struggled to find anywhere to practice. I too had heard of the venue at Petit France (N of Old Sodbury on A46)but never found out exactly where and everyone I spoke too had heard of it from a mate.... Happily I now live 5 mins from Kilkenny, which is pretty good planning. It's a good venue but can get a bit crowded at weekends, probably about an hour from you. BTW, anyone using Kilkenny would you mind taking any litter away please? The Cotswold Warden had a little moan about it t'other day. Thanks.

    Ride it?
  9. Looking to swap my car for a good 2nd hand Dualiner. Can anyone give me some sensible answers about running costs (servicing etc), I'd like to hear that a big service (60k miles) was less than the
  10. OK, I'm biased, but the 250 seems to be pretty good in the Cotswold mud.
  11. Yep, it really ****s me off, Ill mannered as much as anything else.
  12. OK, I've got an '04 Pro, and am thinking that it might be useful to get it sorted for road use (hindsight is great, innit?) How do I go about this?
  13. Hmm, are you sure that all the lining is removable from a Hebo Raga? I've got one too, and hadn't noticed this feature. Mind you, I rarely read any instructions
  14. Saddlers/Equestrian Suppliers sell hat cleaner and freshener, both as an aerosol foam. I've been stealing my SO's horsie supplies for years, works well.
  15. All of the above, and steady with that jetwash!
