Another thing is its very easy to catch the rear brake lever, I ty wrapped the folding bit in so its not so easy to catch and my stalling went away

Go to your local B&Q (the megastore variety) they sell large plastic toolbox's big ones with 2 wheels and a handle, I have one bolted to the A frame of my 3 bike trailer, it takes all the fuel cans and muddy kit, it can get a bit close to the tow vehicle when reversing, but ok if you are careful.
Thanks for the info Ishy, has Dennis changed just the ignition or has he changed the fuel mapping as well, I was thinking of buying the kit to fit to my 05 bike as i do find it a bit too lively in tight muddy sections
Mine starts better when hot with just a very small amount of throttle, maybe this is subject to tickover setting, i would agree about starting much easier in nuetral
The clutch felt smoother too me, I believe they have fitted different clutch plates, tip from wayne braybrook, keep the throttle constant (not off/on like on a 2T)
