Do You Remove Your Sidestand?

I removed mine, always got in the way and pitched me sideways when sitting on a log or edge of a step. Which is really bad for me on downhill logs. I don't like downhill logs anyways and then to get pitched to the side just messes me up something fierce.

Side stand removal is the very very first job with a new bike for me and many of my mates, they get caught up on rocks or bust if you ride like us, right pain in a***. You cant very often use it at a trial anyway with uneven ground and slop a near by tree or rock works much better or if youve got a 4rt just lay it down anywhere. Always looks good sticking the brand new sidestand back on the bike when you come to sell it as well

That'll give the new owner a job to do when they get it home...

Side stand removal is the very very first job with a new bike for me and many of my mates
