I have just bought my first trails bike a Beta 250 2005. The bike was sent to me crated with the front wheel off and the spindle on the forks....Just a quick question with regards to a washer that was on the spindle...should this washer indeed be on there and would it be on the outside of the spacers...(poss at the Disk Side)??? I would have thought that there would have been nothing either side of the spacers but not sure.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

That goes up against the inside of the right hand fork leg, before the spacer. At least I hope it does as that is how I just put mine in.

Dont know specifically, but why not put wheel in place with axle through and see how the disc lines up ?

It should tell you if spacer is required and position.

Hi,on the beta 80 evo the washer is on outside of spacer opposite side to caliper,between spacer & fork leg

Now on to the really stupid bit, when you are saying right hand fork are we talking on or in front of bike....or to make to make it easier for myself lol Disc side or non disc side??? I had put it on disc side between spacer and fork leg but the disc does seem to be rubbing a little.
