July 24, 201313 yr hi again any one now the size of the ball bearing in the clutch actuator lever mines a bit crushed got it out but no way can I measure or match one up by it ordered all my stuff from inmotion today and forgot bearing, just wondering if anyone knows the size so hopefully pick one up tomorrow locally cheers
July 24, 201313 yr The original is about 5,4mm in diameter I think, but because mine was worn I put one in I had lying around which is 6mm. That's the largest one that will fit the hole.
October 9, 201312 yr JUST done this today, I couldn't fit a 6mm, but a 5mm went in ok. In the parts book it says 5.5mm. Paul
October 7, 20187 yr Hello paul how did you get the old ball bearing out the clutch Arm? also how do you replace it as I have 1 that needs replacing
October 8, 20187 yr yes its a while ago I need to find out how to get the old flat bearing out and replace it with new
