hi guys,

i got a new fantic - the fm450 trial 240 pro. nice, but they dont start. a the ignition cables somebody did change. the spark is but not so strong (i thing...)

i got ONLY 4 cables from the startor (brown, orange, black and green) the white and red are missing...? the orange goes to the coil combined with a red cable.

coil is a DANSI 110445 and the magneto is a DANSI 102325.

some idea? dos enybody a FM450 / fantic trial wiring diagram or a repair manual book?

ok, i found but... 26x1,5 or 32x1,25 ????

240's are 26x1.5 , 300's and newer use the 32x1.25

ok, thanks i just order the 26x1,5. one more question - what tool should use to block the flywheel?

like these? is it enough ? left-handed or right-hand thread

That tool looks OK, thread is a conventional RH thread. I have service information for a 240 - PM me your email & I will send it.

and what the ohm resistance values on RED / ORANGE / GREEN / BROWN cable ?

helllo. may i have some pictures of fantic 240 stator (complete one) ?

can somebody help my with the correct stator setup (timing)?

 

My scanner/printer is MIA. at the moment , or I'd send you the pages out of the shop/owners manual ... But if all else fails just reference the old bolt markings and duplicate . there are match marks on all the movable pieces

Orange is power for lights...ignore

Black is ground, red is coil and green is trigger coil. Black to red is 450 to 800 ohms. Green to black is 40-80 ohms.

Black to ground should be zero
