May 12, 201610 yr Anyone know where i can get a quality throttle and tube for 2014 Beta ( Aluminium) I'm onto my second Domino and its forward notching past the full stop about 4mm and driving me nuts. Thanks What do you mean ? "forward notching " If it's what I think , the issue will be with the housing , not the tube ...I've got a ali tube on my trusty fantic and have zero throttle issues ...
May 13, 201610 yr Author When the bike is stationary and throttle at rest, the grip goes forward past the stop. Ive been told it happens on older throttles but ive had two new Dominos in a row. Both have had the same problem.
May 13, 201610 yr Inevitably we use more force than necessary when shutting off (typically when making a hard front wheel landing)and the plastic drum gets forced beyond the plastic stop, rounding the corners such that it then keeps happening. I have been trying to think of a way to reinforce the contact point but have not yet succeeded. Heffergm's links don't lead to anything now. Edited May 13, 201610 yr by 2stroke4stroke

May 13, 201610 yr My last domino did it from brand new , it's crap Gonna try and get hold of another xblok tube ,
May 13, 201610 yr Ummm, Excuse me if I have misunderstood... But if this problem is happening with brand new kit... Are you sure you are taking the slack out of the throttle cable correctly?
May 14, 201610 yr Are you replacing the entire throttle assembly or just the tube? The problem may be the inside of the "tube holder" (the part with the plastic wheel that the cable sits in) having a part of that worn away or rounded off.
