How much putoline nf radiator coolant do I put in my 2003 sherco 250? Also how do I drain the old stuff out?

Just wanted to say thanks to the S****horpe club riders who helped carry my lad out of Ferriby Quarry after his accident last Sunday and particular thanks to Alan Hunt who looked after him at the time. Ben has a torn Achilles tendon and will be on crutches for a while yet but hopefully no lasting damage. Once again thanks to all concerned. John Spence.

Hi Guys This is just a general enquiry as to what the general availability of heavy duty springs for the rear suspension and also forks are for most bikes, I am most likely going to be ending up with something like a 2002 - 2004 bike, and more than likely a Beta or Scorpa. I have been riding bike trials for the past 7 years and know how much having a bike setup correctly for the rider makes a huge difference, and hence wanting to be able to get the appropriate springs for the bike when I get one, I am currently around 19st, although aiming to get around the 18st mark! THIS WEEKENDS MANCHESTER 17 TRIALS EVENTS ARE CANCELLED. The organisers have taken the decision to cancel both the Dead Easy trial (22.09.07) and the Hipwell/Hartle Trophy Trial (23.09.07) due to the foot and mouth outbreaks and the overall need to confine the disease. The trials were to be in and around the Peak Forest area, and the organisers are not prepared to take any risks within a major farming community. The possibility of competitors carrying the disease on their vehicles is minimal, but possible. Please inform anyone that you know who were making plans to enter either of the trials. http://www.manchester17.org.uk
