Hi All I have a gas gas txt pro 280 2002. When i bought the bike it had been stripped down and i am on with rebuilding it. I am having issues with the clutch. I have renewed the piston and seals in the leaver, a new clutch hose and new seals in the clutch housing case in the master cylinder part. I cant seem to get any feel in the lever at all. I have tried with a syringe sucking the air from the bleed nipple, I have tried with a clear piece of tube connected to the bleed nipple and putting pressure on the leaver to push the fluid through and i get just clear fluid with no air but still no pressure in the leaver. Any help would be appreciated. No kinks in the hose e…

Hi Guys, im new to the sport. Been an avid motorcyclist for 39 years, but have just embarked on a new avenue. I purchased a 2000 GasGas 321. Unsure of mileage or hours used. The bike starts in one kick, runs well, and appears to have been well taken care of.. After the bike gets hot, (after 30 or 45 minutes) it has a knock that I would equate to a spark knock. The bike idles smoothly. It makes this spark knocking noise under these conditions. .... when idling and you bump the throttle, letting off the throttle, and when the engine is revved up about 3 times idle, its does it continuously until you let off the gas. You can shut the bike off for 5 or 10 min…

I ordered some new rear wheel bearings for my txt pro and set about removing the old ones tonight. After some struggle I got the two spacers out to open the bearings up, however I have no way to remove the bearings as theres a centre spacer taking up the gap and is a smaller diameter than the bearing, so I cannot get any edge to knock the bearing outwards. Any help would be greatly apreciated as I want to get back out on the bike

Evening, Wondering how the guys that have bought the 19 gasser with the Kevlar clutch are getting on with them, There was obviously a problem with the 18's and I wouldn't replace with the new model unless they had made this change. The 18's had the three way adjustable ring but I'm not sure it worked as it should have, is the 19 clutch adjustable via this method and how is it adjusted and to what effect? Also is the front brake better on this model than last years?

Hi guys, New to trials, bought my second hand gasgas txt 250 from 2001, on the first ride she keeps throwing water out of the radiator. Checked the voltage on the thermostat and not getting more than 4 volts. After checking all wiring loom, not getting more than 4v on the voltage regulator either. I'm assuming the voltage regulator is faulty and after checking the resistance, is only measuring 2.5 mega ohm instead of the 4.42 mentioned on the wiring diagram. Can anyone help with where can I find a replacement voltage regulator? Thanks in advance!!!

Hi all, recently bought another bike after a few years away. Bought a TXT 250 03 edition but at the time did not realise what the 03 edition part actually meant ? After a bit of research I now understand that the pro came out in 2002 but the 03 edition was the last of the older version? Really happy with the bike, good nick for its age, problem is finding replacement plastics due to it being a 03 edition? Cant find them anywhere!!!! For manuals I take it I am best looking at pre 2002 models of ne TXT, ie before the PRO came out? One other thing at the moment that's happened occasionally (didn't happen on the test ride) is that when dropping gears it occasi…

Hi, I need some advice please. My bike is running extremely rich. It is an immaculate, extremely low hours, 2013 125cc TXT Pro. It is still on its first tyres and chain! The bike was / is immaculate and when I first bought it three months ago several experienced club members tried it and assured me it was a very good one, one expert tried some serious climbs on it! You could easily believe it is three months old. I have been riding it regularly for about three months and it became difficult to start, first I assumed I was struggling with technique and this forum helped with that. I clean and oil the air filter every trial. I have changed the gea…

Anyone ridden a 2019? Contents in the stock gearing compared to previous years? It looks like they changed the final drive gearing to 10/39, but I'm not sure about any internal gearing changes. I typically take my GG's to 10/42 from the standard 11/42, which is nice since front sprockets are cheap and the stock gearing is way too tall for our terrain.
