  3. You could always try the Reeth 3 day - held on 23rd,24th and 25th July This uses many of the best areas for trials and some of the Scott Trial route - it has a Hard and Clubman route but entry by ballot as it's so popular. http://richmondmotorclub.com/regs/ENT10.pdf Camping with facilities / entertainment in evenings cheers

    Camelbak

Hi I've used a Camelbak Lobo - 1.5 litres which is good enough to get round most trials - as a newbie I spend more time on the route than most It has a back pocket which is OK for some small tools. At the end of a trial rinse out well then fill up with water and Milton fluid ( used for babies bottles ) Leave overnight then empty and dry out Milton will kill any nasty bugs cheers Michael

    Fork Seals.

Hi I have a problem on my LH Paioli fork - the oil seal seems siezed in. All the internals are out including the lower bolt, and the retaining circlip and all looks OK. I've had the fork in a vice and pulled the slider tube but it won't budge the seal I don't want to use the slider tube as a slide hammer to force the seal out as I'm not sure how strong the bottom of the tube is? Any tips or techniques cheers

    Reeth 3 Day

Reeth 3 day is 23/24/25th July this year cheers Also only 255 sleeps to go to another Classic ?????
  15. Hi, I also think this is the way to go for entries, payments, results etc.. I've never had any issues with paypal but another problem possibly could be their commission - but that may be reduced by not having to send entries and results by post. The other issue would be how clubs would link into an online system ? Unless of course Trialscentral develop an online form which any event could use and take the payments etc ? then this be emailed to the events secretary on the closing date - or the Friday before the event The rider could get a confirmation of entry number and print it out for the bike?? Then riders just sign up on the day Bit of development work for andy .....
  16. So after many years watching 'the Scott' and having an enduro bike - i'm finally getting a trials bike and having a go. I know quite a few people locally but not many on the forum Quick question though - which are the easiest classes of trial to enter and any idea when Richmond Motor Club will announce dates for 2010 cheers Mike
  17. Hi - has anyone fitted Pivot Pegz footpegs to a trials bike. I can see the benefit of these but as they are expensive I'd prefer to hear from anyone using them If you're not sure what I mean see www.pivotpegz.net cheers Michael
