"manifold" header pipe yes you do need the header pipe as back pressure is critical on a 2 smoker. ben

the beta 09s devolped cracks in the frame but you may find it grips better than the gasser. betas are also biult ahelluva lot better than gasssers. ride both and see which one you like most ben

after i changed it earlier its all nice and clear( no water) did the trial ...all went well to plan checked the oil and its all fine and still clear:) thanks for all the help/advice ben

as the bike was finally working and not in bits i went out and had a great day at the edmcc trial almost impossible conditions but hey..... it just fun the bike ran great for once and i had a great day out:) thanks to the guys at the club for being so helpful and friendly. ben .

got my new throttle and jitsie cable.... works a dream ive put some dry lube on my dads and thatworked great. thanks for all the help, ben

right, ive checked the coolant and theres no loss there. so it must be some of the contaminated oil left over that never came out, thats made it go white! so now ill go and change it. i am going to a trial today and do you think if its still abit white after ive changed it ,its ok to use in the trial? thanks for all the great replies, ben

just got my water pump back from the shop whith new shaft and seal. i drained the gearbox oil and put the pump back on. then i topped up the coolant and put new oil in. rode around for a minute or two and the oils now gone cloudy! my question is... is this just the leftover oil that never came out or has the pump got another leak. is it still ok to use it like this if its just the leftover oil thats made it cloudy? dont really wont to change the oil again as thats £6 wasted! the bikes an 08 125 Gas Gas thanks ben

by cutting about 2-3 rungs of is there a big chance of it sticking or is it very small also found out about the jitsie throttle cables - "the jisie throttlecables have a teflon coating inside the cable housing elimenating all possible friction and results in an unmathched throttle feeling" sounds good this and cutting a few rungs of the spring will surley make it feel sooo nice and light jitsie cable now on my list. thanks, ben

Hi I am trying to make my throttle lighter . I've tried oiling the throttle tube doesn't make too much difference.
