  1. Hi, as previous comments, most cables, gaskets, tyres etc are still readily available, but the engine side of things, gears, pistons etc are a bit more of a challenge, and aren't cheap either, Tricky Trials in the UK and Vallmoto in Spain carry the hard to find stuff. I have used both for bits for my 200 Cota. My group has a file section where you can download the parts manual, will make it easier when searching for parts by number rather than description. www.facebook.com/groups/hardtofindtrialsandaircooledmono/
  2. Hi, Maybe a silly question, but is there an easy way to fit the return spring on the shaft, and into the locating hole? Cheers, Mark
  3. Hi, Montesa stuff as I'm sure you have found, very hard to come by new, other than the odd stuff on fleabay, not a lot of choice, inmotion trials will have a few new bits, and will have cables etc, please feel free to join my facebook group......www.facebook.com/groups/hardtofindtrialsandaircooledmono plenty of contacts for used parts as and when they come available, and look in the file section, parts / owners manual on there if you need too, good luck, feet up! Cheers, Mark

  12. Hi, should there be a rubber slipper that goes over the swing arm to protect it? Had a look at the parts diagram but it doesn't show one fitted, or should a chain tensioner (if fitted) raise the chain above the swing arm? Thanks, Mark

  18. Hi Paul, Thanks for the reply, I will follow your info and see how we go from there, as regards the Kickstart Gear, is there a procedure to follow in regards setting? 22. Hi Hab5000, Currently undertaking something similar with my 200 Cota, inmotion trials are very helpful, as are Southwest montesa in the US, there are a few French sites also worth looking at. Hope this helps, and good luck with the rebuild!! Cheers,
