No speed cameras on the M6 other than temporary ones through roadworks. No cameras on the M74 (but watch out for blue unnmarked BMW's!), none on the M80/A80, none on the M9. Once you come off motorway though they do tend to have camera vans in lay-bys. Particularly at weekends. It's a popular route with the ton-up bikers. No fixed cameras though.
