  6. I have a 1977 348 and a 1979 349 and the 349 tank fit fine.
  7. I let it warm up for 2 mins and after that it is fine. I do not touch the throttle ether during the warm up. I have had no problems with it.
  8. Has anyone tired the cooling additives that they have to make the cooling system run cooler (redline etc)

  17. I have a 1976 175 and the tank will not work on a 1974 ty250 you could make it work but not easy .The mounting hole is in the wrong place.

  20. Does anyone know where to get a point checker. They use them for telling you when the points open and close. The old manuals show them being used. So they must have some around. Or does someone know how to make one. I have used a battery and light, but would like something better

    I have a ty 1974 with a steel tank and it holds 1.25 gallons. I was wondering if the al thanks from the 1976 bike were smaller
  22. I have replaced rubber band on rim .I have made sure band is down,but still cant get it to seal.I was wondering is there some trick to getting these bands to seal.If I pump tire pressure high it holds,but when I decrease pressure it leaks (the rim is on a 2005 200 gas gas)
