Gear - regular moto/enduro pants/shirt/gloves work, I just wear small/thin knee/shin guards, trials boots are really a must, all that other gear will be too restrictive for proper body movement mileage - depends on a lot of factors but maybe 15-17 miles if you want more get a tank that mounts on the front forks and feeds into the main tank

Okay, so every year I have purchased season reviews from Duke video for both outdoor and indoor. This year Duke informed me they did not secure a license to produce a DVD this year. So just let me get this straight. We have a sport where we can not purchase any DVDs of events that I am unable to watch on TV or attend live? Anyone know of any sources to buy DVDs of the 2014 season? MavTV doesn't sell their programs on DVD and MavTV is not offered on my local cable.

Is Duke video not making any trials reviews/Six Days dvd's for 2012? Where can I get some world round videos?

I will not re invent the wheel so look up on the TC forums "suspension tuning" and read about sag/bike sag/race sag and make sure you are not just noticing the normal "sag" of the bike/rear shock

Since the topic of "hitting markers" came up again....one suggestion....has anyone considered making the markers smaller? i remember in the 80's we used little flags on the end of wire which could be used by color coordinating them to the classes....only problem i see would be they would be so small then everyone would complain they "missed" splits and got a 5

You are going to get many different opinions To help with better ergo.... you should consider getting a different triple clamp and bar mounts from Vmar and adjustable bar clamps from S3 LewisportUSA also lower foot pegs I would say yes to heavier springs both front and rear, but keep in mind heavier springs will effect the shock rates and may need to adjust the valving Also when you really start setting up the bike for just riding (non competition and usually stiffer) this will likely make the bike less competitive (typically we want softer to absorb impact and hold traction).....in other words it is very difficult to set up the bike to be really good at both

you did not know?......trials in the US is a secret sport......for example just look up the local clubs websites and try to figure our how to get to an event....most of the maps suck and it is hard to figure out the dates etc.....try to find a bike for sale while your at it....
