I ride prob 40% of the time in/around creeks , pressure wash(I make sure to avoid seals) EVERY time I clean it.
That much bearing problems is amasing.
-
Where do you guys ride , to have SO MUCH bearing problems ?
WOW ! 2 rides ? ? bearings shot ? ? ? I've only EVER changed wheel bearings on ONE bike , after FOUR years of riding , I thought THAT was bad.
-
I have no trouble riding 2.5 hours on a tank , my 08 GG 300 pro was 2.5 hours MAX.
-
Ockbrook ,Derbyshire to be exact. Seems I have seen that in some peoples info.
I'm wondering if I've been scammed by someone there.
No details posted here until I know.
If you live there and would like to help , either post here and I will give some details by PM , or PM me if you don't want it to be public on here.
ONLY the name of the scammer will ever be revealed , if that turns out to be the case.
Thanks .

My other FI bikes just use BAR and temp , combined with a fuel map. works great. But like I said when hauling from 900ft to 8000ft they are hard to start , same when going back down . While riding , alt. changes are not noticed. We varied from 6-9500' with no problems , 9500' has a noticable loss of power over the 900' at home.
-
DO NOT TOUCH the throttle , try placing your hand on the bars NEXT to the throttle. That's what the 4stk guys used to do when they were new.
-
I hardly EVER kick more than 3 times , except yesterday , rode about 10 min, shut it off , kicked about 15 times NOTHING , then I checked the fuel , MT !
Fueled up started 2nd kick
-
Can't remember , it was 3 years or more ago . pretty sure it was just one size bigger. I rejeted to ride in the mountains , started much better , came home changed the main back left the pilot. Statred first kick 90% of the time . Cold with choke , warm just kick it.
-
try a richer pilot jet , fixed my hot start issues , had to use the choke EVERY time hot or cold.
-
That's good to know , I ASSUMED it would be the case , as is with my other FI bikes. We ride at 900 feet most of the time but go to 11,000 sometimes when making that drastic a change their hard to start but run fine after.
-
Sorry I can't help you boys overseas , I have a local guy that can wind what ever I need
-
About $1800.00 , I'm cheap except for my Ossa
Not too often in a match , steel is usually 1 shot , paper sil. is a double tap. Occasionally you reengage a target , from another spot.
This was one stage from a 10 stage match. I was 116th out of 250 ,my son was 86th. It was a National event , entries from all over the USA and 6-7 other countries.

Nice !
I'm debating on buying one for my grandson , he just turned 2.
He can ride a PW50 with training wheels , I ride behind , he controls EVERYTHING , except the brakes. His hands are too small to reach without letting go of the bars. He knows to let off the throttle to slowdown , just can't operate the brakes.
He's all ready a gearhead at 2 , . He drives better than his sister who's 4 1/2
That's my ?? about an Oset , and your son . How does he do on the braking? When did he start ?
Looks like he has excellent control , or your good at editing
-
Congrats , I think the more you ride it the better you'll like it .
Maybe they are just being nice but, EVERYBODY but one, whose rode mine , has said they were IMPRESSED and would like to buy one. Although most will have to wait , as they only buy used/well used bikes.
-
Sounds like you guys have as much $$ in protecting your bike as it cost . I feel for you , don't think I could live like that , there'd be some injured/dead scumbags , then I'd be the criminal
I hardly ever lock ANYTHING up here , this is my other expensive hobby
maybe the crooks have a reason to stay away
-
I expected to see a pile of feathers at the end.
-
So , I'm the only one with bad lights? Or has every one else removed theirs ?
-
I prefer riding not fixing broken parts , both me and the bike
Lets see some of your BIG stuff
-
I should add , My son's life was saved by wearing gear , my nephew was killed for the lack of. He always wore it , but after removing it tried a hill climb one more time , and was killed for lack of helmet.
So I'm a diehard wear your gear guy.
-
I aint to pretty but I want to keep what I got.
I wouldn't be riding today if it weren't for protective gear. Did that when I was young and dumb
-
More riding at Chadwick Mo.
Splatter is 4 1/2 - 5' , those rock ledges are a blast.
Tell me what you think.
-
Finally got a buddy to ride trials with us , we broke him in right
He is an excellent rider on a MX bike , he learned pretty quick as you will see at the end.
I'll post another of all of us later , this is just his high lights
-
you can by a "new " 11 with most if not all the updates made on the 12.
Only thing I can think of is,
a bushing on the rear axle, not heard of any problems , but changed to bearing in 12
updated mapping , I would defiantly do that , easier starting.
there's 1 or 2 more , no real problems that I've heard of.
I'm impressed with my 12, EVERYBODY that's rode it is impressed as well , even die hard brand X guys , one guy who was a dealer , said if he wasn't a dealer for brand X he would have one.
-
Anybody else having troubles with your lights? My front light lasted about 20 minuets , the rear about 2 hours. They will both flicker on occasionally , it's in the LED it's self , power at the plug is steady. Have they fixed/updated them ?
-
I'm not seeing/having ANY problems , here's a pic of a MIXED fuel sample that's been setting in my shop for almost 3 YEARS , bottle WAS full cap is just setting on the top , so any moisture in the air is able to come and go with the heat/cool cycles throughout the years
http://img854.imageshack.us/img854/2519/img7040q.jpg
Don't know why it won't accept the pic , I've tried EVERY option I know of
