  1. I guess Because I mentioned Gas Gas in a Beta forum No one will answer my question. 500ml in the rev 3 but is the 80cc the same as the bigger bikes and is the auto trax oil used by any Beta ridders. I really could use some help.
  2. My son is riding a beta 80 2005, I use auto trax in my Gas gas works great. But I was wondering if something else is better or if the auto trax is good for the Beta too. Also how much ? Just fill to the window on my gas gas is kinda hard as I have to lay the bike over to fill. thanks and sorry if I asked a question that has been asked over and over
  3. Thanks for the scores {TC home page} just posted. good job to all riders. Good second loop pat 7 after a 19 is good and best second loop of the podium riders. thanks again for the people that keep us informed.
  4. Wow, That was close competition between Jack and Pat. Tie with Pat having one more clean. Can't wait to hear more
  5. Whats happening!!! is everyone going to bed early so they are plenty rested to get it on tomorrow. Tell us everything. I need to hear!!
  6. Trials on TV ? You guys in the UK just trying to tease us USA boys. It just doesn't happen here. send me the video!
  7. PA the event at donner July 12-13 is an AHRMA event. that is the OLD trials bikes AHRMA stands for America Historic Racing Motocycle Association http://www.ahrma.org/ Sorry that other date was changed. Keep asking questions we will keep you informed.
  8. PA Keep in mind that the donner event has been changed from July 26-27 to August 2-3 you can check the Sacramento pits http://www.sactopits.org/ website or PM me for more info.
  9. I am just joking with you all. Anyone that rides a trials bike can't be all bad. The main reason I enjoy the sport is because so far everyone I deal with are miles above the people I meet in daily life.
  10. Sounds like the natives {EUROPEANS} are getting restless, nervous, scared. GO get them Patrick. You can do it !!!
  11. Nice looking bike! So when you BBQ do you use the propane or the Briquets.
  12. At the risk of sounding ignorant, Was Luxemburg the first event then Bangor second and third. Regardless wouldn't Pat be ahead of his competitors. I think He's doing Great and my hats off to him and all the people that had anything to do with getting him ready for this Historic battle. Now If our AMA would publish something about it in the American Motorcyclist magazine that they give me every month the world would be a better place.
  13. 40 mile an hour winds. Heavy rain. Long way from home. cold. Keep you head up, Second place, Its world competition. Patrick your doing Great.
  14. 1:22 on the west coast, and I can't wait to see how things go. Go pat Go you Can do it.
  15. Is he lost. Where is he going. Love the picture. Can't wait to see what today brings.
  16. Last week someone posted a link that gave us the scores. could someone point me in that direction again. I want to see who got how many points and compare to last week. thanks again for keeping us so up to date
  17. Yes Yes YES !!! good job Pat. I have a new background on my computer. you on the podium
  18. So how long till things get going. its about 1:30 am here Sat morning and I can't wait for the latest. thanks so much for an up to the min report.
  19. Pat , I have seen you ride. You CAN do it. We all love what you are doing. Thanks, May sound kinda corny but you have a whole country behind you. Do your best and you will kick butt. Way proud of you. Go get them.
  20. Sorry I don't have pictures. He does not have any type of clutch, this makes riding it a little tricky. He rides it on our Sat. Vintage/beginner day and then rides a regular modern bike on Sunday. So the cross-over is tricky. Battery cost is crazy. I think he told me that the battery set he has cost 4800 dollars. That is two, one for the first loop, finish, take off put on charger. put second battery on, do second loop, remove second battery and third loop its back to the first battery. but he also has a smaller battery that is for the sections. The bike is about a 2000 montesa. He just removed motor, gas tank. cooling system. ect and it does not look that weird as he has everything tucked it nicely
  21. We have I guy in our club that is riding an electric trials bike. He has the weight very close to the stock montesa weight. he is doing pretty good on it. Battery cost seems to be very expensive. He is thinking big battery for the loop and then disconnect and use small battery in sections. The thing is odd, when checking for him, it is impossible to give him a 5 for a stalled motor. All you hear is chain noise. I think he should get a goverment grant for developing this futuristic trials bike.
  22. How long will we be able to ride our two cycle bikes in California? I am thinking about a new bike and wonder if I should consider A four cycle due to whats happining with watercraft and other laws. It really doesn't make sense to me because even the new 4rts are getting red stickers here. I guess it is like everything else enjoy it will you can. If anyone thinks they know something about new laws on this matter please let us know.
  23. I got a pair of old boots from a freind. there ugly but do the job. got some money last year for a birthday present but still could not bring myself to spend the 300 bucks on a new pair. well just had another birthday and got more money from same person. I saved the money from last year in my riding bag and now at the next event I will have enough for new boots. can't wait
  24. Looks like Patrick beat the other riders on the second loop. He got a 33 first loop and a 19 second loop with a 3 for Tm I guess that is a time penelty. WOW . I think I will leave my headlight on so I to can look like I ride at that level. I feel like I should be wearing a new tee shirt or something.
  25. thanks for the headlight answer. GO patrick Go. this is cool to see his scores so quick. I am glued to the computer so please keep the updates coming.
