  1. I'd love a TL250 but the cost...
  2. Photos - we need photos!
  3. There was one on Ebay last week http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/kawasaki-kt-250-twinshock-trials-/190798791584?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&nma=true&si=enSzo9avAkdrJBUF3Jac76oLvVI%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc
  4. 12 tooth gearbox sprocket and 60 tooth rear. Standard gearbox tooth count was 15. You'll need a circlip to hold the front sprocket on. http://www.tytrials....-TL125-12t.html or http://www.tytrials....-Kit-TL125.html
  5. I was just curious, mine has 700ml in the box, doesn't seem to leak. Scorpa manual mentions 600ml of oil as well.
  6. So what's wrong with putting the 700cc's in that it says on the casing? Agree totally with filing the corner off the engine number block, did it last week-end the casing was busy poking a hole through the expansion box. you need to remove the exhaust to do the filing though.
  7. I found this: http://tyoffroad.weebly.com/restoration--modification.html
  8. How's the seat base progressing?
  9. As a site upporter it's easy ...otherwise paste a link to the photos in photobucket or similar. http://www.trialscentral.com/forums/topic/23551-posting-images-tutorial/
  10. How's the bike coming along? If you want to sell PM me.
  11. I think the Hi-boy came with its own triple clamps. Oh and pics of these projects is always good.
  12. What about the frame? IS that the same?
  13. Very useful, I too am thinking of buying a reflex project.
  14. http://www.clymer.com/SearchResults.aspx?t=TLR%20200&mid=125&mn=Honda& This manual might well sort you out. I found it useful when I had a TL125 with an XL185 engine in it. Think you can get the manual on Amazon.
  15. I looked up my purchase history on ebay but it was so long ago it seems to have disappeared. Sorry.
  16. Why would you want to do that? The fan would just cut in sooner.
  17. 'fraid not, I haven't felt the need to mess with the front fork. I too would like to know the answer. Check out the link to the users manual, don't expect that much has changed between the 2003 and 2008 models. If you look on P33 it has all the information you need, I'm off to play with the forks... Just found this on another thread:- "The '07 was the last year to have the Paoli fork". so maybe the manual won't be so useful, messing with the front fork is on hold.
  18. You probably need about 1/3 of the suspension movement taken up when you stand on the bike maybe a bit less. I softened the rear suspension on mine slightly ( after about 3 years of ownership, and realising I was probably lighter than the previous owner) seemed to find more grip and go up hills a bit better.
