Appears to be a Keihin based on the screws on the slide cap, shape of the floatbowl and bell configuation. The angular "stealth plane" styling is quite refreshing, can't wait to see one in person! Mind you, at least Beta use decent quality bolts that aren't made of soft cheese (I'm looking at you, Honda).
