October 20, 201015 yr Am I the only one concerned about this thing catching fire or setting fire to the surroundings? In 2008 a few large fires were started on the SSDT with burning peat falling off the front pipe of some bikes. A mate of mine saw one start. This is surely going to be much worse with the pipe being covered by a lot more off the rear wheel. I'd put money on one of these catching fire within the first few months. Other than that though I do like the look and fancy trying one.

October 22, 201015 yr Am curious to see the air filter layout - maybe the next test will unveil whats underneath the cover. I was impressed with the seemingly large size of the clutch and transmission clusters in the pics - looks durable.
October 22, 201015 yr I understand BVM are hoping to have one at there test day 11th nov 2010 I believe that Nigel Birkett is pushing for one to arrive in the UK for that very day.
November 1, 201015 yr I reckon heat will be an issue somewhere down the line as the rad is sat behind the petrol tank and above the cylinder. The rear shock from what i can tell seems wrapped around by the exhaust.
