I was told remove flywheel cover to let magneto dry out.Clean chain & lube.And give electrics a spray with wd40. I usually am very careful to spray a rag and wipe on to keep overspray off certain components, like when near the area of naughty bits like brake calipers and disks. WD 40 will remove the adhesive from your decals on plastics, even applied lightly with a cloth mine started lifting after a while. Send your Mrs to Asda with a few quid extra, 250ml cans of WD40 are only £1 each at the moment. I bought 5 tins on Thursday. Bargain! They are usually on the isle with car or decorating stuff.
