I just wanted to say a big thank you to every one who felt like they were getting their ‘virtual ears bent’ with my relentless questions regarding bike options. I know I was slightly repetitive at times as I tried every different angle possible to work out what new bike I should buy as I continue on my trials ‘journey’. I appreciate all the advice given and as a result I am now the proud new owner of the 2020 Beta Evo 200 pictured below. I am now looking forward, as Chris CH suggested, to start obsessing about balance rather than bikes and can’t wait to get out on it! Thank you all 😀 Edited February 16, 20224 yr by Hughie
February 16, 20224 yr Well done Hughie. You do realise though that you have no excuses anymore 🤣. (Unless you want to join that team that has a problem with every bike!) All down to you now, get stuck in but above all let yourself enjoy it. I know we need to be in it to be as good as we can be, but don’t beat yourself up on a bad day. Keep an eye out for the riders at your level as you start competing, then compare results each trial. It’s great 😊. oh and make sure you chat to as many people as possible while signing on, queuing, walking sections etc, you’ll soon find lots of friendly assistance coming your way.
February 16, 20224 yr Nice find. Don't forget to load it up with some protection before you head out. I put fork swingarm frame and exhaust guards on mine and it still looks like new underneath

I guess you don’t remove it every time you wash it?
February 17, 20224 yr Nah. Just run a few lines of silicone on the backside to protect paint. After a muddy event I will pull them all off to clean behind but we don't see much mud in Australia 😆 Edited February 17, 20224 yr by gasgasman280-
