Regarding ACU Affiliation - If you have not had it returned from the ACU still send in your entry and a check will be made after the event.

So whats the best way to get there then? I shall be coming form the north down the M6, am I better of going south to the A65 to Settle and then heading north or should I get on the A984 and then drop of on to one of those B roads?

Its my aim to be there by around midday on Saturday.

Looking at the map - no contest - I would take the A65 every time. Unless of course you want the senic route.

Bit of useless info:-

According to Autoroute the A684 to hawes - oughtershaw - kettlewell - halton Gill is 6 miles further than using the A65 to Settle route.

Sent my entry off today...I know its a bit late ... It has been ready to post for a few days and I have totally forgotten about it ,on account of the fact I`ve got the memory of a goldfish.
