  1. We don't have real food here in the states. It's all junk 😁. And our gas has doubled here in Indiana as well. I'm just glad our corn is going to good use (ethanol).
  2. I would think the worst thing would be $8,000-$10,000+ bikes nowadays.
  3. You might look into cerakote.com. lots of cool colors and it seems to last.
  4. Coming from MX where the boots are very stiff. I got a pair of A-Stars that came with my bike. They are probably a half size too big but I'm not picky. I noticed how flexible they are and how much less protective they are. But I can feel soo much more of the bike when I ride. I think it is a protection vs. comfort/performance battle with the different boot brands. I' dlike to try the Gaerne or other brands someday, but for now I'll use the freebies!
  5. Just wondering... I'm in U.S. Are there any sites that stream this online free? Would love to watch without having to wait for a Youtube version later.
  6. If nothing else you have a very unique bike. Probably frustrating to not know what it is, but at least you wont see any others like it.
  7. I'm in Indy and am looking forward to joining Trials Inc. for next year's series. I'm new to trials and trying to figure it out. The Experts make it look so easy but I can't even keep from dabbing on flat ground yet haha.
  8. If this is the worst to learn on (I'm new and have a txt pro 280), what is the best? A 250? Can you put a 250 cylinder on a 280?
  9. Kind of a dumb question. I have a TXT 280 Pro. New to trials and loving it. Wondering if decals will melt to the silencer. It's kind of plain looking and would like to put something on it. Seems to get plenty hot.
  10. This might be the hardest motorcycling I've done. It's easy to go fast on a bike. But going slow, in first gear, without falling or stalling AND going over obstacles is nuts. I can see why it's addictive. I'm pretty much hooked.
  11. Form, what's that? lol. My form is "dont fall". Finding it hard to comprehend how the good guys can hop on the back wheel and stuff. These bikes seem so powerful, I can't imagine doing that kind of stuff one day (or year, decade..). Admittedly I do have a 280 (wish I could have found a 250). Oh well, whatever happens, its super fun and I have a great support group! Ryan p.s. I found a bunch of Bobcat tires for free that I need to pick up. They're really stiff so if I bury them or lay them down, they should make for good practice.
  12. That's rad. I'm now constantly on these or other forums, watching YouTube riding tutorials or somehow thinking about trials. I feel like I want to devour as much info as possible when I'm not able to ride. Then I ride and realize how much I suck.
  13. Ok trials is really really hard. Had my first go (besides on the lawn). Lots of rocks and stumps. The amount of focus required on both what's happening on the bike and in front of you is insane. It's a different game from riding figure 8 on the grass vs. sharp wet rocks, off cambers and wet logs. So, much respect to all of you and I look forward to learning and riding more!

    2005 User Manuals

I found this issue for the 03 GG 280. 2004 is the only manual I could find. Everything was the same for both years (as far as a user manual goes, not repair manual). Try www.trialspartsusa.com for free manual downloads.
  15. A great idea. I totally had a torch on the workbench too. Doh.
