Anyone thinking of riding the 3 day on 27th,28th & 29th August, should be getting their entries in soon, as the closing date is 15th August. This is a great event for Youths and Adults of all abilities, all off road, in 3 separate venues near Matlock, Derbyshire. Camping available, entertainment Sunday night and a presentation on Monday with some great prizes. Details on website My link

Rode on Sunday and I think there were less tha 40 riders. For those that don't know Scout provides a great ride round with a decent moor crossing. The sections were on the easy side, but tricky enough to take marks. A mixture of stream and quarry type sections. Worth bearing in mind for future events.

  6. Started by nidom,

Big big thanks to all the officials and riders at the Wickham Harvest Trial who helped Dominic Feaks at section 6. Dom travelled down to ride with his Freestyle team mates, and was enjoying the trial when he had the unlucky accident. We have the whole episode on video, as Mum was filming for his PE GCSE!! Luckily, an A&E Nurse was on hand to help, & speak to the Paramedics on route. The Polaris six wheel drive vehicle got Dom up to the ambulance, which took him to the Kent & Sussex Hospital ( which closes Wednesday! ) X Rays & CT scan revealed a badly broken ankle, in 2 planes. He had a 1 1/2 hr op at midnight to re- align the bones & have 4 screws i…

Just had an Email from Duke saying that they do not have the rights to produce it this year. Anybody any clues as to who does. They seem to be keeping it close to their chest which given it is getting close to Christmas is not good marketing.

I know it is only a club trial but are there any results out for the last IDMCC club trial. Not that there is anything to win, it is just nice to know how you did. No point in using punch cards if you never get the results. Not having a go as I know all the behind the scenes work is volunteer but !

Hi all, Beta Evo 2009 250 2T owner, but too many pies mean I am about 100kg. The shock is almost bottomed out with my weight on it, maybe at 16 years old the spring is tired, as well as being too light for me. I think I can get a 'heavy duty' spring new for around £90, but these are stated as being for 80kg riders. Can anyone recommend what I need, and where from? Ideally... has anyone got a second hand heavy spring I could buy? I am in Scotland by the way - but happy to pay shipping.

Apologies - this should be on the front page - rushing to get them on here, before I go out. My only involvement was observing this year and I dashed away early to get bike ready for Victory Trial, so I'll leave any reports to someone else who knows what went on. In my book you're all nutters, no matter what they say, especially the passengers Results below: Trophy_Trial_Results.pdf
