UK Trials Talk

The North Western Centre is running a Trials Meeting on Monday 7th February at The Crown Hotel in Horwich starting at 7:30pm. The meeting will give riders and club officials the chance to voice their opinion on how trials are run in the North Western Centre. The Centre would like to see as many people as possible and all will be made welcome. Just a reminder that any changes made on the night for better or worse could effect how future trials are run in the North Western Centre. Have your say, come to the meeting. RRND Club Trial at Hookwoods Trials Centre Sunday 27th June 2010 Now that England have qualified for the next round in the World Cup, and will be playing Sunday afternoon, please note that the RRND Club Trial at Hookwoods next Sunday will start at 10am, (rather than 11am). Hopefully, we can all then finish in time to get back to watch the game. Assistance in taking down, so that everyone can get away would be much appreciated -volunteers please make yourselves known when signing on. Details of venue on RRND website. Thanks.

I couldn't ride due to a bad back so I spent the day taking pics. There's 85 in total so probably a 50/50 chance I got you if you rode! Hi, Just to let you know that the Barnet Trial at Nash Mills on Sunday is canceled.

Had a few calls today asking about Sunday's Normandy TVTC trial at Sethern, Dunsfold, Surrey To confirm it is definitely ON, the ground is damp but not flooded, the sections have been set up expecting wet weather. Entries on the day will be most welcome. Mick

ME AND THE LADS HAVE JUST SPENT THE WEEKEND AT TOM'S 4 X 4 CENTRE IN RHAYADER WALES. NOT HAVING BEEN THERE FOR THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR SO, I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT WAS GOING ON THERE. IT'S ALWAYS BEEN A BIT UNTIDY AND PARTS LOOKING LIKE A SCRAP YARD BUT IT HAS REALLY GONE DOWN THE PAN. TOM IS GETTING OLD AND PEOPLE ARE GOING ON HIS LAND AND JUST TAKING THE p*** OUT OF HIM. With reluctance the decision has been taken to postpone tonights evening trial due to the severe weather forecast. This posibility was discussed earlier in the week and the decision at that time was to continue as we are aware that many members have to make special arrangements to get to the evening trials. Since then we have been contacted by a significant number of riders who advised us they would not be attending due to the forecast. For those who still wished to attend, my apologies. The evening trial is very much a social occassion and it was clear that this event was to be poorly attended and that the cost of food and land would mean a financial loss to the club. It…

So I'm riding the traders tomorrow for the 14 time in a row best trial of the Wessex centre calendar I think 20 sections two laps and on my new gas gas 250 who's going ?

Can i say a big THANK YOU to all the people in east yorkshire centre and at humberside hawks mcc who have asked after me while i was in hospital and rallied round to make it possibly for Sam to keep trialing.Special thanks to Nigel,Mark,Howard,Rich and Scooby Doo for all they've done cheers lads (and lasses).On the mend now and hopefully back riding be for the end of the year.Thanks again.
