I was just wondering if anybody knows if a Beta rev 3 wheel will fit an Evo ?

Has anyone out there fitted a KIEHIN PWK carb to a beta rev 3.If so what jets and settings did you use and did it make any difference.Thanks

hi trials riders . just wondering if anyone can give advice on my 97 techno? after 20 years descided to invest in a trials bike again . bought the bike a couple of months ago and its been running great . now i have noticed a small amount of dirty black petrol smelling oil appearing in water . have flushed out radiator . bike is running a bit smokier . anyone any ideas ?

I see in T&MX that someone is producing a replacement set of elctrics for the rev3. Anyone tried them or know anything about them. Who makes them, are they good quality and a genuine upgrade on the original equipment?

I am going to a trial on sunday but i have a big problem. I have just put a new bottom end on my 94 techno and ridden it around the garden but it only selects 1st and 2nd. Does anyone know why it wont change any higher.

# 01 While my Beta bike just struggled to run proper due to a lost teeth on the clutch compartment side, which could be solved by a donor base engine. Then again the moped went in OFF modus by the Motoplat ignition were the internal electronic components decided to fail after 5 minutes of running after # 01 was done. Is the fork oil height in this bike 120mm from the top on the spring fork leg and 60mm frm the top on the non spring fork leg?

Carrying on with what seems like an endless saga, I bit the bullit and purchased a complete Leonelli Ignition System for my Sons Beta Techno. Although it seems to phyisically fit, there are no instructions! I will ring the suppliers again tomorrow (they told my Son it was very straight forward), but in the mean time, has anyone fitted one of these systems to a Techno? I need to know the following: 1. I'm assuming the ally spacer goes behind the stator as this is the only way it fits! Is this right? 2. I am a new rider looking for a newer bike, had a gas gas txt 250 and think I should stay about same size engine but should I go beta rev 3, gas gas pro 250 or sherco, I would like to try to have road legal too so I can do the road trials? Any advice on bikes?

Has anybody got any recommendations on the Keihin carb settings on an Evo 125? Finding it a little too rich off the bottom and it doesn't seem to want to pull 2nd at low rpm.......wondering about changing the needle position and maybe a slightly smaller pilot? Cheers.....
