  1. Just check, that there is no ball bearing, beneath the bleed nipple,, before back bleeding. Other wise you could end up having an early shower,,,, belive me, done that, got the tee shirt

    spend a touch more, (Renthal R1 chain), fantastic quality But they are a touch wider again, mine was 1mm wider, and 3-4mm higher per link, than the Iris, dident notice it rubbing on the chain block, but mine was well used
  4. Hi bud, it should have a phbh26cs carb on it, which i think run a 135 main jet, and 46 slow jets standard i think? I would check the oil levels in the folks which should have about 360ml of oil in each leg, not sure if the carb you bought will work? Im sure some one else can help out. fingers crossed mate

While inspecting my poor performing front brake, ive noticed its seeping fluid from inbetween the to halfs of the caliper, Both piston are working, Ive tryed winding the bolts up tight but still no joy. Is their a gasket between the to halfs? If so is it worth replaceing the piston seals at the same time? Its a 98 315 with a grimeca caliper, (thought id just ask before i did something daft) clay

    wished id read up about that ball bearing,,, as i found out the hard way. useing my full body weight on the back of a large syringe, when wosh, pipe blew off, head to toe, bike,and garage, coated in brake fluid. early bath time.

  9. Hi mate, did you have any trouble importing you trials bike in to the Cyprus? Just seem to remember some one having bother because the bike had no seat?

Hi bud, mine weeps a bit clutch side, but i dont think it helps not having a rubber gasket between the motor and bash plate (lossed) so now every thing is rubbing, dont want to wind up the side cases to much without a torque wrench, as im a world class contender at stripping treads. my mates dosent lose a drip, (Get the big guy with the white beard to bring you a torque wrench Cant help with the bars or pegs as just running standard.
