As above, timings fixed on a 315.

-
Sorry to hear about the bike mate, any pics?
Hope you get some luck, Will keep an out.

Bigger hammer,,,,
leave nut on so as not to damage threads,
if you can place a piece of wood between bolt and hammer even better
and try to turn bolt as you tap it.

Fantastic job, hats off to you!

Check to make and make sure,

Fantastic riders, with great sound. Cheers guy

Mines really fussy with fuel to, but it might be worth checking the head, for any carbon build up.
And I'm not 100% sure that you can retard / advance the timing,
With it being a fixed unit. Hope you sort it bud.

Sounds like fire water talk, to me?

Great vid, But I'm with canada, Pop your lids on lads

I wouldn't even fire it up bud, if i thought it might be drawing air through the drain.
Premature wear is guaranteed / Weak mix.
If your not doing deep stream work, silicon it off, air tight.

As Martin says, had the exact same problem .
-

Hi Ian, ive done that bearing on 315s (pretty sure its the same as the rt) removing the swing arm, turn it on its side, support the under side with a block of timber
and drive it out with a socket / extension bar and hammer,
tip, place a 1pence on top of the bearing when knocking it out for more support
reinstall with the vice,
hope this helps bud
-
Fantastic video, and great ground. More bud.
