thanks mate i have been using the manuals off your site for a wile now they hav helped me out with where stuff goes on my bike and how it goes back together

does it also have a blue capcitor attached to it if so and this is broken there is no way to by pass it you have to buy a new one this happened on my bike i bought a new one from some electrical store for a bout 3 pounds or you could buy one from bvm moto for 28 pounds ready to fit with all the wires no soldering needed

well all i am saying that it worked for me and it has been like that for 3 months now with no problems i was only trying to pass on a tip and then you go and say if you do it ur self it wont work when it has obviously worked for me

and what damage could this cause apart from reck the seal which is about

i did this to my beta really big chip in the slider so i took it home wet and dryed it to get rid of the sharp stuff and get it level again. then i put a good splodge of super glue in the chip waited till it dryed fully (few hours) wet and dryed that back with a really fine paper (1000 grade) i did this till the super glue was level with the slider surface then just used metal polish to polish that are up all smoth again to make a good surface and i have not had any trouble since it is worth a try cause if it does work for you it could save a lot of money

gaff are you talking about the one that goes through the wheel like g.rasp or the one that ataches the swingarm to the frame

what type of mobile one was it bigfoot cause my 95's clutch is a right pain in the a***

you need a disk with holes or slots in like hrc said but i would try and buy some not jest drill them out or you could try using some disk cleaner every time you clean it to make them more sharp well that worked for me when my crapy techno brakes where not working

i thought araldite was and epoxy resin i read it in a design technology book at school

buy some chain cleaner like the castrol one or soke it in diesel or petrol like dabber said i would not do the petrol one if you have an o ring chain though

i want to make my bike more powerful and snappy off the bottom what reeds are best and which ones shall i buy also if i get new reeds will it effect the top end power of my bike

this dont help you at all but i reckon you are getting the nicest rev3 ive ridin i love the colourscheme and the power well that is what i like about it didn't they have the same rubish airbox as on the 00

and plus motocross boots are higher up your leg than trials boots and the soles are rubish cause they dont grip on the pegs

the bike is alright but i think the 4t is a big fad they have just made it because everyone is board of 2t bikes i dont think it will last well that is my opinion

rev3 carb is well easy to get out think obout the poor scorpas riders having to take there carbs out

either the 91 or 92 gas gas was the first i think to have induction through the crank case if not deffinatly the 93

this is true pressure cleaners nacker your bike in some places i have had to replace sevral parts of the electric system on my bike du to water being froced in by washers it has also nakered bearing on my bike forces water in the fly wheel housing a totlay floods the airbox when i am not even aiming it in the direction of the objects

xpeed helmets are great they fit well keep ur head cool dont ask me how cause the vents are so small and they are so cheap to buy u can buy one every so often and have a nice new non sweaty helemt
