I had same problem ....cleaned disc and new pads ...problem solved.....contaminated pads

Thanks for the advice lads .....it was contaminated pads Cleaned disc with brake cleaner and new pads ....problem solved ....the master cylinder looks iffy though bit rusty looking from underneath Cheers

Yes the fluid was low and full of crap but after the weekends ride the fluid is fine now but no bite to the disc ...as said ..I'll look at the mc

First ride today with slow action throttle on my 250 evo ....a big improvement

Hello chaps ... Bike ....2016 250 evo Problem....rear brake feels useless ....on inspection the rubber boot that sits at bottom of reservoir was full of water and the pedal could be pushed to the bottom Took the cap off to check fluid and the rubber Jonny that's inside was wet with dirty water ...check fluid level and virtually nothing .... So cleaned the reservoir ...flushed new fluid thru a few times and bleed back up ....pedal felt right Out today and the pedal is as it should be but you can stamp on the back brake and it won't lock up ...if I pressed any harder it would have broke something Again rubber boot full of water ...fluid is fine ...pads look fine ....what you think try new pads Thanks in advance

Funnily enough.....my first time on a trials bike was a event a few weeks back at Low Gill I think it was called mate of mine has a few bikes and said come along so I rode his old montesa 4t ....enjoyed the day nice and relaxed so got my own ....I raced mx for years ....raced the Nora sport supermoto for a few years then went back to off road....I hardly road ride at all anymore We are doing good Friday event with Lancs county club .....we do the enduro events so the trials will run beside the enduro

Hello chaps New trials rider here....just purchased a very nice 2016 Beta 250 evo to help with the enduro skills Very happy with the bike ....really nice throttle control ...jetting feels sweet having to deal with problems the 2017 ktm's have had ....suspension is nice and plush ....got it from Acklams with good customer service Cheers Derek
