Na then , yes it does have 8 gears It was a good laugh that hill climb, i got a 2 first time 1 second and third time, and on the last attempt i was flying, should have made it to the top for a clean , but knocked my right shoulder on a tree an just went off line... thats my excuse anyway I thought they put a good trials on.. was happy with section 9 witht the step and a log, was doing the hard route on that section, got a 3, 2 2 and a 1 .. How did ypu get on, any good moments like the last one flying over the handle bars

Without a doubt Raga will win the inddors, his only competor if he is consistent will be Cabestany, really hope that Doug, fuji and Bou will put a little pressure in him, but i doubt it... i have everything crossed for Dougie to win the outdoor (Real trials). Cant wait to see how Bou gets on with the 4 stroke ..

Me and a few of the mates are going, i look forward to this all year. Should be an awsome nights entertainment, i agree with Andy in that i will be better than normal, no one is under any pressure and several riders are moving teams after the event, so no one has anything to lose, there should be some real showmanship.. Heres to Dougie to win tho !!! Have fun chaps !!!

Helloooo everyone. I want the new Beta, but do i really need it Up until about 3 months ago, i had only been out on my 05 Beta about 5 times tops this year, but over the last couple of months i have being getting out about once a fortnight, not enough i know, but i have to try and keep everyone happy. I know one of my mates wants my bike and will pay top dollar for it, as he knows i look after my bikes, i mentioned it to him last night and he said he would be putting his LARD GAS on Ebay straight away. It was the mrs that actually said " Why don't you get a new bike" ( I was looking at the new Beta on the website as she said it ) What is the main differneces in the two , in relation to throttle response, suspension, brakes and other factors ? Should i get another whilst i do not get out that much on the old one, i am only a clubman rider ? Any help would be appreciated. Happy Christmas everyone and a Prosperous New Year

More power to get in to trouble with 250 is smoother in my opinion. Ben has a 270 and is reverting back to a 250 07 model when funds allow him to. i might have one too, mrs has given me the go ahead but i need to give her some spending money too , some time in new year maybe !!

I did nt envy you pushing it from there mate. Can't belive how bad i did at that trial,, i had no enthusiasm what so ever.. thing it may have been down to not shaking the cold off after nearly 5 weeks.. I managed to do that waterfall section for a 2, as opposed to a 5 on the 1st lap and knackering my leg up... but that was one of many many 5's that day.. Doing the Hallamshire this week are you ?? dougieeeeeee ( another spectaclar off ) I was in luck on Sunday mate . A pal of mine was taking photos at the waterfall. After seeing my chain plight he took pity on me and drove me back to my car in his beemer. Luckily he has full leather seats so all that mud I picked up rolling in the sections should just wipe off I was going to ride the barnsley on Sunday but if a few of the Hillsbro lads are doing the Hallamshire I think Ill do that. I have a FISH called Dougie, a daughter called Montesa and a son called Beta only joking, about the fish i mean The lads that got me in to the sport originally all call me Dougie Pumpkin. and when i first started, one of the lads made a film, and my name is down as Dougie Pumpkin in the titles on that, but saying that we all have trials related names, such as Steve Cauliflour, Takahisha Gindernami .. and Albert Pakistani.. all good fun !!

As far as i am aware yur settings is on English american, the way i sorted mine out, is as below on windows XP. Control Panel Date, time, language and regional options Regional & Language options Regional tab, make sure Enlish (United kingdom) Language tab make sure ( English United kingdom) Advanced tab (English united kingdom) Hope that makes sense.

I completed all the sections, but it did not give me my final score, only the time it took, point was around 4000.. i ll have another go and see what happens.
