  1. The 13 tooth gives you a ratio where 1st gear becomes in-between 1st and 2nd.I don't use second in sections at all unless it's a blast up a hill etc.it's a gearing John lampkin recommended for the ssdt.just what I've used and find it really nice and easy to ride.
  2. Hi I've got a 2010 evo and I Had the same problem as yourself.I've put a 13 tooth sprocket on the front and that has made 1st useable for everything a clubman would need.if you give this a bash you will need a longer chain as the standard chain won't stretch!cheers

  13. i had a sherco one piece suit but a change of bike forced me to get rid of it.ive now got a hebo pro07 and its alot better than the sherco one was.theres more padding about the knees and seems to be better quality material.ive found they are alot warmer than trousers and a ridding jersey and alot more comfartable.cant say anyting about the raw sport stuff but my suits cost me round about

the sherco sounds fairly high tech for their 1st 4t!?is it possable that they have got it spot on 1st time out? think there will be afew minor probs with it myself.its suposidly a very simmilar bottom end so thatll be the same mains bearings as previouse years and there not exactly the best and most durable.looks stunning though could be tempted.think ill wait till theres been afew realy tested before i put the order in.
