Well having picked mine up late saturday afternoon and first run round on her was at the colonial and and i have to say that i am well happy with my 270. It is a 2003 with the slow throttle and flywheel weights on. It just feels right, it is a bit lower geared than my sy was so i was riding in "2nd quite a bit . As 90% of sections were 1st on the sy. But the gearing is easily sorted!! With all the things fitted i dont need any more power !!

It's the ugliest manakin that i could find stu!! The nose stud is for trials instead of the ring. I once saw a guy a few years back who rode with a nose ring , and i passed him on his way back to his car with his nose all covered in blood. He had just got it caught in some bushes as he was riding by them, !! Ouch Cost of helmet ........???? Not telling you , it is not yet even finished , as was due to be pinstriped and finished off . But i wanted it for a trial and that is the way that it has stayed. The thing that i will say is that the flip blue/purple costs

Not too sure , but as soon as you kick the 03 one off , it is going to be worth WAY less than the 04, certainly more than comparable

I see by your avatar that you must have photoshop installed !? On the flywheel weight front, not too sure. The 03 270 that i have just bought today ( ) has had them put back on. I know that a couple of the JLI beta lads took theirs off the 270's and put them back on!!!! Not sure about the 250's

Well top give a bit of an idea, this year i am having a go at the expert route in the E.Yorks centre ( which is to be truthfull above me!!! ) , but if you travel and , ride in the Yorkshire Centre (Richmond etc ) then , their middle course is equivelent to the E>yorks hard course. It varies a lot from club to club , let alone from centre to centre. We have a small 'in' joke round here that a good Yorkshire centre ' Novice ' ( which is a strange name for the skill of the lads that ride the course )) is probably good enough to ride in a European round!!

2k or two pack paint , is the toxic stuff . I think that you call it catalized urethene. basically it is your paint (urethene) and your hardener (catalist) mix both together and bingo , a hard wearing chemical reacted paint. I use this for all my fuel tanks etc. It will stand gallons of fuel been poured over it , by bike should know the amount of times i miss the filler!
