Checking Nightmare
First it was fourstrokes are "overpriced nightmares created by government regulation" and now this. Maybe you oughta lay off the Jalapenos before bed time cause you seem to have a lota Nightmares. Unless Jalapenos is one of your native foods.

U S Nationals Round 3 Co
Why don't you Wisconsin boys put on a National and show us all how to do it. It's only been 30 years since your club put one on.

Us Nationals Round 1
Getting points from Pat, Cody or any top rider on super grippy rocks is a very hard thing to do. Those guys with over 100 points on Saturday and over 150 on Sunday should ride Expert. They only had handful 3's and fived everything else. They would probably have more fun in expert too.

Us Nationals Round 1
The Ossa rider was Scott Denison. He rode with his brother Chris Denison ,editor of Dirt Rider Magazine. they were testing the new Sherco and Ossa.

Us Regionals
Im not suggesting we need to replace the natc series with another format, just think that it would help if there were more regional series like the Central Regionals and the PNTA and the NATC could help create/promote it.
-
Us Regionals
Exactly the point I was trying to make. Thanks.
-
Us Regionals
since the natc nationals are only for guys that can afford the time and money to drive all over creation should the natc create a regional series to fill the gap between club trials and the nats?

Mike, If you fix the Bultaco you will have a piece of trials history. If you put the Yamaha motor in it you will own a ******* that nobody wants. Can you post photos of the Bultaco?

1966 Matador
The Matador was not a very good trials mount back in 1966. It stands to reason that the same would be true today. Get a proper vintage trials bike and your enjoyment will increase. The old Sherpas were very good bikes.

US World Round? Never Again?
Ringo, if you you organized a WR then no one could kick you out.
-
US World Round? Never Again?
If that were true your kid would have nothing to ride this Summer.

US World Round? Never Again?
Well you are just a ray of sunshine, aren't you? In an effort to erase part of your ignorance: the NATC has never proposed to control trials at the club level, their rules and organization only apply to the National Series.

US World Round? Never Again?
No disrespect but its that thinking that has us stuck without a WR. FIM is not going to change this rule so it is up to US to change how we put on a WR. Hoping for the spectators to cover the costs will not do it anymore. Japans WR has a major sponsor...Honda. The track, Motegi is owned by Honda. There are hotels onsite so they can cover the FIM hotel needs. So maybe we need to find an event sponsor (Monster, Lucas Oil...) to cover up front costs or a location that can donate some rooms, like Donner or Taos or Whistler. Its a problem and it needs a solution.Like this.
