I was wondering what the wheel base was on a stock TLR 250 and what the measurement from swing arm pivot to front axle center and also on a TLR 200

I was wondering when tlr 200 and tlr 250 frames are modified what is the wheel base of these bike. Stock was 1315 (52 in) was wondering after changing fork angle and swing arm changes do you still try to keep that wheel base as the nominal size.

Had problem like that with a mitani clutch when pulled all the way in. Replaced clutch and rattle gone. Seems when they wear down it does that.

Have a ty 175 and was told that the Falcon shocks are very good, any thoughts about these shocks compared to others such as Rockshock

So was your clutch new when it did this. I guess it does not hurt anything. I thought it might be because plate might be wore a little. I also took apart and could not see anything wrong.

I do not think this normal I have 3 4rts and this one is only one to do this. It only happens when the clutch lever is pull on the way in.

When clutch is lever is pulled all the way in get a rattle noise from clutch. Otherwise clutch works fine. The clutch does not slip. Was wondering would it do this if plates are wore. The clutch is a mitani. When bike is cold it does not do it,but after it warms up it starts doing it. Any ideas?????

Had the samething happen replaced cap and solved the problem

The bike (2005 4rt) has a Mitani clutch it has started to make a rattle noise when the clutch is fully pulled in otherwise seems to work fine. Has anyone had this problem. Thanks

I took change mechanism apart and found that it was rusted up pretty good. I cleaned up and greased and now shifts perfect. Thank for all the info

I have a 1976 ty175. Have noticed lately that the bike is hard to get into gear. The lever seems hard to move and does not seem to want to return back (wants to stay in highest position after shifting) any ideas on what might be causing this.
