    Try and use unleaded its better for your bike if you use leaded the bike will start pinking which is a pain so run the bike on unleaded. As for the manuel you can ask around companys like Haven Trialsport, BVM or White Brothers to get you a manuel. Gavin

    Powerful engine and a strong frame, you cant go wrong with a Montesa. Gavin

  10. To save you time and money, your best bet is to buy a new tube from your dealer or where ever you can get it from. It will only cause problems if you try and repair it your self and cause more damage. Gavin
  11. I have the Haven Trialsport clutch plates on my 2001 montesa and there magic. Never had clutch drag after I had them put in. Gavin

  13. Yeah its only flat gound. I thought there might be a problem but people it happens to all bikes on thw road (trials). Gavin
  14. Just a quick question? When I ride on the on flat ground I hear a knocking noise in the cylinder, is this normal with all bikes or just some bikes. My bike is a 2001 Montesa. Gavin
  15. You get a socket that fits just around the out side of the bearing. You keep hitting it and this will force the other bearing at the other side out, there is a long thin metal tube inside the rear hub so catch that. You then put that socket you have just used on a long rod and put it inside the hub and nock out the other one. Gavin
