Techno- when i bought my bike mine was snapped and the guy said use a pair o plyers, but after a while is wore away 2 nuttin but no petrol p****s out o my bike unless its at an angle, ive had mine 4 bout 6-7mnths now REV`er

Thanks for all the comments, i talk to guys all the time at club trials, ive been told for a youth to get a sherco, then i see alot of good riders in the club like (sherco-pete) moving to montesa, others saying go beta others gasser, but im going to go for a Mont , as i like the way it rides in sections and the power of it is unreal cheers REV`er

REcentl we have had light snow, and heavy frost up here in scotland i went to start up my bike 2day and it started 1st time but it would not respond to any blip of the throttle until the bike was hot and the fan was on! my mate has a beta and his is doing the same, is this normal for the beta`s in cold weather?? cheers chris

anyone remember Gavins bad experience with his montesa, well eventually we found out that the chrome on his carb slide had worn away, causing the slide to stick when revved at a certain amount! Is there any prevention for this, or do you av 2 buy a new slide every 6mnths, this would be helpful for both of us, because im plannin a 2001 montesa after the new year!! cheers chris

Hi, My beta is a great bike and ive just had a few things spent on it so its in good nick, but the one thing i want now is a bit more power in 1st,2nd,3rd to get up those short sharp climbs, i would like this done without buying expensive stuff.... any solutions cheers chris

Hi boofont, i went round on about 40!!.......pretty good eh, what was wrong with the scorpa?? i was the one at section 7, with the 1998 beta techno! good trial but eh, REV`er :beard:
